I love my sauna! I strongly recommend it!
The Finnmark FD-3 is a great sauna. It quickly heats up and stays at the desired temperature. The control panel is easy to use. The integrated bluetooth and speakers gives you an added experience. Overall the only regret is not having a space big enough to get a bigger Finnmark Sauna.
We just got our sauna delivered last Monday. It was easy to work with the shipping company to get a specific date and they accommodated our request for an in-the-garage drop (we’re in friendly Vermont).
I arranged for a skilled friend to come Wednesday and together we dissembled the packaging and assembled the sauna in less than 3 hours.
The packaging is almost all recyclable and the sauna panels were well protected. Some panels were HEAVY (glass fronted door/window side - phew!) but it went together like a dream.
Two feedback notes on assembly:
We would’ve liked the right Allan wrench included. I've gotten so I don’t keep a full set because everything that requires them for assembly comes with the proper tool included. Would love to see Sauna Kits do that going forward…. But our bike tool had the right Allen wrench so all good.
The other thing was the bench seat (top) was a tricky fit. It is literally the last thing that gets done and it took some maneuvering to get in in without scraping the sides etc. This is a 4 person sauna, so we were thinking it might be good to make the bench in two halves for this model. But we got it in after some work.
The same friend happens to do wiring so he had already come and readied an electrical outlet. Highly recommend figuring that out and getting it down in advance of ordering, or at the time of placing the order.
Last note on assembly: there IS a pretty green and white box with the limited hardware (all but the Allen wrench :) and a print copy of the user’s manual with all the specs and directions! We’d been on the verge of printing out the web version when we discovered the green box!
Everything works perfectly, and now he wants one for him and his wife too!
(We haven’t used it yet, so this is all about the assembly.)
We anticipate many happy sauna sessions going forward.
Postscript: my husband had an appointment today with the sports medicine doctor who’d recommended we get an infrared sauna. He showed the doc a picture and now that doctor wants to upgrade to a Sauna Kit infrared unit!
This sauna works great. I have been using it for several months now and love it. The sauna gets up to temp (145) within 30 minutes. Holds temp well and haven’t had any issues. I tried to put it together myself but definitely easier if you have an extra set of hands, took about 2 hours. Well worth the money for a first sauna.
From the moment, my order was accepted, I was treated like the most important customer they’ve ever had. Communication was superb, shipping and unloading was painless. When I uncrated my new sauna, I was overcome with satisfaction because this is a really well built and well designed product.
I’m pleased to say that eight months later, I have no regrets and would recommend this company and the product line they offer to anyone and everyone.

Overall the sauna is amazing, feels super high quality and looks incredible. The instructions could be so so so much better. Please consider adding more color to the images - it’s very hard to figure out what all the black and white diagrams mean. And several of the screws we were supposed to use didn’t come with enough supply. These are basic things that would make it much better! Otherwise customer service was super responsive and helpful through the delivery process!

Everything went very efficiently and timely on the delivery of my sauna.
So far we are in love with our HUUM Drop heater. We have officially had it up and running for 5 consecutive nights and it has been amazing. Even when we pour a bit of water on the stones the steam that comes off is fabulous. It heats up quicker than expected. I love when it gets hot and the red light peeks through the stones. Well thought out idea.

CL5G sauna is like a piece functioning art in our backyard. In the day it captivating to everyone. At night with the lights on it has a warm illuminating glow. We have used it for 3 consecutive nights and I feel invigorated in the mornings now. The HUUM heater get up to temp quickly with a bit of water on the rocks the steam gives it an additional edge. The benches are smooth and sturdy and the lower bench allows my kiddos to enjoy the CL5G also. Thank you saunakits.com for all of your assistance especially Kizza and John Adams. This purchase was well worth it.
This was the perfect kit to set up my Sauna for success. I did order more of the wax as a live in Colorado and things dry out quick.

The entire team, from the start, has been highly responsive and extremely helpful with shipping updates, assistance with a return, and available to answer any questions at any time. The product itself was of higher quality than expected and I'm very happy with it. The instructions were not as comprehensive as I would had liked, but there are several YouTube videos available that were very helpful. Overall, 5 star experience!

We just got our Sauna built by our contractor and I absolutely am in love! I also love the HUUM heater, it really gets warm inside. The smell is fantastic (of the wood).
It’s very traditional looking and fits so nicely on the side of our house. We also had our first rain last week where it dumped and the roof and everything held up beautifully as you can see there’s a step under the sauna, and that did not come with a kit my contractor built that out of the extra wood as they do send a couple of extra pieces in case there’s any damage and shipment.

If you're looking for a quality, traditional sauna then I highly recommend you purchase from Nordica. Their customer service is hands-down the best- John and Matthew were incredibly responsive both before and after our purchase, which gave us a lot of confidence.
We wanted a clean, traditional sauna without chemicals, and this was exactly what we were looking for. With John's help, we chose the Saunalife 3 person cube, and it's the perfect size. We don't have a large backyard, so it was important to find something that fit well in a smaller space without feeling overwhelming. It fits beautifully and still allows for me and my husband to sit very comfortably - although he enjoys having it to himself so that he can fully stretch out.
Assembly took a few days, and aside from a few minor issues with the instructions, everything went smoothly. The materials are high quality and the wood smells amazing. Our HUUM Drop Series 7.5kW heater heats from 60 to about 175 degrees F in 15-20 minutes.
I'm actually excited to wake up for my 5 am workouts now, knowing I can relax in the sauna afterward - it's been a wonderful addition to our routine. HIGHLY recommend!
We love our new sauna! Firstly, I want to say the staff at Nordica Sauna was incredibly helpful in guiding our decision making and delivery process. They also quickly answered a few questions for us post delivery. Krizza, our sales consultant, was wonderful and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly.
The delivery driver was great, and even helped me to move the pallet up to my carport so it wasn’t on the street overnight (super helpful!)
The construction seems solid and it smells delightful. Make sure to buy the maintenance kit when you purchase it so you can properly oil and wax it before first use! We got the Harvia heater and it seems really solid. I do wish it had a pure ON/OFF switch instead of just a timer. But it works really nice for our 3-personal sauna. We live in California, so I would want something a litter more powerful than the base-model Harvia heater for colder climates, since this sauna has a mostly glass front. Also, lots of heat escapes very quickly every time you open the door (but it heats up fairly fast too).
The only thing that needs improvement is the instructions. The installer was a very smart and capable guy, and he figured it out, but it was a bit of a struggle. I wish the company would improve that.
Beyond that, we are satisfied customers so far!
I'll say the back rest is better than no rest at all. It keeps you from leaning into the wood with heating behind- kind be a bit too warm. I cant say I find it comfortable, I do roll up a towel and put at the base behind the rest and in front of wall- it helps keep the base of the rest out a little which keeps it in place and is more comfortable than when the rest is pressed up against the back wood.
Great Sauna! The setup took a whole since there are basically two components; the box and the heater. Auroom does not supply any electrical wiring info other than the integrated track which I did not use. The UL recommendations are to run conduit. I used a Harvia heater. Customer service was super accomodating (had to use them twice) so I was able to put the unit together correctly. The color coding for wiring is also different in Europe than in the US FYI. I highly recommend!

The door was easy to install and came with very good instructions. The door itself is beautiful and surpasses our expectations for functionality in our Bathroom Sauna. I will definitely use Nordica again. Thank you! Travis Inman
